2 oz Patron Tequila
1 oz fresh lime
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz heavy cream
½ oz St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

For the garnish:
Pineapple slice

Instructions:
Add scoop of ice and all ingredients to cocktail shaker and shake for 15-20 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with pineapple.
